Put the reps in daily 

With everything you do, you have to put the reps in. 

Nothing great happens unless we do it over and over. 

Before you lose weight you have to put the reps in. You do different Reps on certain machines. Just like you do the reps in exercise, you have to do the reps in business, sales, success and everything. 

None of us can achieve anything worthwhile without putting in the reps. 

Think of Michael Jordan, Albert Einstein, Tiger Woods, Serena William, and Venus Williams. They all put in the reps. 

Malcolm Gladwell talks about 10,000 hours. We have to put in the reps. 

None of us can escape the reps. You can replace reps with failures, setbacks, defeats, pain, illness, whatever might keep you from your goals or dreams. We can’t escape the reps. 

Reps are there to help you get better, stronger, wiser. We all need this. 

You will see what doesn’t work but it will help you try something different. When putting in the reps, you can’t quit. 

You have to keep going, growing and learning. Put the reps in.  When you put the reps in, you learn and get better. Then you can make any changes needed. 

You will achieve the success you desire if you keep at it and try new things.

  Learn, tweak, and get better at what you do. 

No one achieves success overnight.

Even though we think people come out of nowhere and achieve massive success. The truth is they have been working in the background for years.
