Write your goals down daily.
I heard this from Brian Tracy years ago. It stuck with me.
I have big goals. I keep them in front of me all the time.
After I got clear on what I wanted, I wrote it down [my goal] in present tense beginning with I and ending with a deadline.
This keeps you focused on what you are working toward.
Most people who write their goals daily are more likely to accomplish them.
It only takes a couple of minutes. It is life changing. It is critical to achieving your goals.
Stop reading this right now and write down your goals.
3-5 goals are good. Or as Brian Tracy says, “choose a goal that will make all the others possible.” I love this. It is a great way to look at it. It also focus you on the one thing, the one thing that will move the needle in your life.
Commit today to write your goal or goals down daily in the morning and at night. For faster results, write your goals down on paper in the morning and at night before going to bed. Read it and visualize it happening.
Be specific. What does it look like? What does it feel like? The more specific the better. You need to see it first before you will have it.
