In my darkest hour, I began to call on God.
We all need someone. We need a person who is concerned about us.
Who knows when something is wrong.
We need our person.
A person that cheers us on.
A person who wants us to win.
A person who prays for us.
A person when we hurt, they hurt.
Family or friends, it really doesn’t matter. We just need someone who is always there.
Someone who never gets tired of us.
They answer our calls.
They listen without judgment. They want the best for us.
Do you have a person? If you don’t. The easiest way to find your person is to be that person for someone else.
In the meantime, use your journal or find a therapist.
A therapist can listen weekly for 50 minutes.
A journal is there 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Who is your person?
