Journal

Journal

A Journal is a best friend that never tells your secrets.

A journal is like therapy on a page. As long as you are honest and you ask the right questions.

But putting your honest feelings down on a page helps in the healing process.

A journal is sometimes all you have in the middle of the night. Use your journal to get it out. Don’t keep it in. It won’t benefit you. Let it all out there.

Explore it from different angles. Does it make sense? Am I being unreasonable? Am I treating people the way I want to be treated?

Writing in my journal can help you to calm down. It can keep you from being unreasonable.

The best thing about a journal is there are no rules. It is always there. I can write as little or as much as I want. I can write letters of forgiveness or letters of attack two in your journal.

We can say anything we want in our journal. You can write all of your ideas in your journal. You can write stories and ideas in your journal. You can write book titles, ideas for business, or anything else you can think of in your journal.

Journals come in all shapes, sizes, lines, no lines and dotted. It comes in pocket size, bigger or smaller. There are journal pens. There are stickers and all kinds of stuff to add to your journal. It’s up to you.

I like a plain lined journal. I have one I really liked. I also like the scribes’ hardcover notebook journals for writing 6”×9” thick paper 140 pages.

A Journal allows me to keep everything in one place.
