  1. If you want to go somewhere go, stop putting it off.
  2. Not feeling good. Feeling off. Check to see how much time you’ve been on social media.
  3. Feed your mind good nutritious food.
  4. Grief creeps into the crevices of your mind and body.
  5. If your kids ask if you are okay, you have to check every part of your life especially spiritually. It means you are not hiding as much as you think you are.
  6. “I need a little more Jesus to help me along the way.”
