Are you taking enough action? Most of us need to do more. In order to get the results we want, we have to take more actions.
I get it. When we started out, we didn’t realize all the actions we would need to take to get the results we want.
Sit down today. Make a list of all the things you need to do to get to the place you want to be. Said another way. Make a list of all the things you need to do to reach your goal.
Estimate the time it will take to accomplish your goals.
Put the number of minutes you think it will take. It is an educated guess.
Make sure to put them in order of importance, making careful note of things that have to be done before others.
Use the pockets of time you have to make progress. It will add up.
Think about all the time during the day when you have a few extra minutes and you are scrolling social media or checking emails.
Most of us waste 2 hours or more each day.
Think about how much that adds up in a week, a month or a year.
I realized I wasn’t doing nearly enough when I started tracking my actions.
Track your actions daily. When you look at it at the end of the week, you will see what you actually have completed vs what you should have or could have completed.
When I started tracking my actions, I got more done.
If you are having trouble completing the steps you would like to take, break them into smaller actions.
