When you do things that are harmful to your body (aka drinking sodas, eating sugar, eating fried foods etc), you have to ask why.
This is your life not someone else.
Don’t settle for less than you deserve.
Stop doing what’s easy. Stop running from what’s hard.
Sometimes you will find you will do a lot of stuff you don’t want to do.
Better to be with God than alone.
Trust in God always.
Some lessons have to be repeated until I learn them.
Be nice to yourself always.
Pay attention to your thoughts.
You can get more done in 4 or 5 deep hours of work than you think.
Work on yourself at least a little each day.
