We rush through the day trying to get as much done as possible.
We move fast so we don’t have to pay attention to what matters – How we feel.
Moving fast becomes routine. Day in day out the same thing over and over.
Nothing changes-work, home, eat, sleep, everything staying the same.
We just moving and moving trying to get it all done.
What are we doing? What have we accomplished? Is it what we want?
Is it what we need? Or are we spending our weeks going nowhere fast?
Moving is the easy part, accomplishing what you really want is the hard part.
We are so focused on checking boxes. We miss out on really living life – Our time here on earth we are spending.
The question is are we getting what we want out of it?
