  1. Talk to a Therapist or a Pastor
  2. Pray. God is there. He is always listening.
  3. Get up and take action every single day.
  4. Speak life over yourself. Don’t say anything about yourself that you don’t want to be true.
  5. Talk to a friend. Talk to someone right away. Don’t get stuck and stay stuck. Realize life is full of ups and downs. We are go through stuff not just you. 
  6. Don’t keep playing a negative event in your head over and over. Let it go. It will not help you heal. You were created for such a time as this.
  7. Determine what you want. See what or how you want your life to be. Visualize your ideal life everyday.
  8. Journal what has you depressed. The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy. You want to make yourself happy, not malice, selfish. What do you want, not what your family want for you but what do you want?
  9. Be the best you. Focus on being the best version of yourself.
  10. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. As soon as a negative thought comes into your mind, cancel it out with something negative. You can use affirmations. You can think about your ideal life or a vacation spot.
  11. Get out of the house and get some sunlight. Take a walk.
  12. Make a grateful list. Start writing down what you’re grateful for.

It used to be only young people commit suicide, now people any age commit suicide.

What’s hidden can’t be healed.

You can do hard things. You can make it through this. Someone is watching. Someone is counting on you.
