Examine yourself

What do you want to change? What are you unhappy with? We don’t spend enough time here. This is not to be critical but to improve and to see where you are. We miss out on making ourselves better. We miss out on taking our lives to the next level.

It’s easy to tell someone what they are doing wrong, well at least it is for me. Maybe it’s just me.

Examine-look at an area of your life. Examine your finances, spiritual, emotional, family, personal, career/business/work, relationships.

What areas are going well? What changes need to be made? What can you do to make this area better? What can you do right now? When will you do it? How will you do it?

What books can you read? What podcast can you listen to? Can you walk away from the negative? What can you do to work on your mindset? Self confidence?

What are your goals? What are you doing daily to work on your goals? What do you hope to accomplish? What are the steps you are taking to reach your goals?

How much time can you work on this daily? What time- from what to what?

Honestly, look at yourself. Also ask your love ones, especially your spouse what they think you need to improve on.

This is important. Because, often you can’t see your blindspots. It helps to have someone who can be honest.

It’s easy to go through the motions and ignore areas in your life that need attention. It takes work. It takes time. It takes accepting you are not perfect and you are willing to invest the time, money and resources to be better and do better.

Examining yourself is so important in changing your life and those you love.

What are you willing to do to change? Change is painful. Change is hard. Most people are content living in mediocrity because it’s so familiar and comfortable.

But what a disservice not to be the best we could possibly be. I want to be the best I can be. I know since you are reading this, then you do too.
